Stock Firmware for i.MX 93

Arm Virtual Hardware provides several ready-to-use firmware packages (stock firmware) to run on virtual i.MX 8M Plus devices. These are zip archives prepared according to the AVH Linux firmware package format explained in Linux Firmware Packages.

The following stock firmware packages are available:

• imx-image-full-imx93evk-5.15.52-2.1.0 firmware package runs Linux 5.15.52-2.1.0 for i.MX 93 EVK on its virtualized instance. See Embedded Linux for i.MX Applications Processors for more information and documentation of i.MX Linux.

When creating a new virtual board (see example in Quickstart for i.MX 93 Applications Processor), on the Configure your device screen in the drop-down menu Select an example firmware you can choose the target stock firmware that the virtual board instance shall start with.
