NXP described the S32G family as:

S32G vehicle network application processors are multi-core Arm® Cortex®-A53 system-on-chip (SoCs) for automotive applications. S32G automotive SoCs offer optional cluster lockstep support as well as dual-core lockstep Arm® Cortex®-M7 real-time microcontrollers. The dual-core lockstep Arm Cortex-M7 real time MCUs combine ISO 26262 ASIL D safety with hardware security. S32G automotive application processors are supported by a minimum of 15 years of product support through the NXP Product Longevity program.
