Arm Fixed Virtual Platforms
In addition to AVH models such as Raspberry Pi 4 and i.MX 8M Plus, Arm Virtual Hardware (AVH) also provides support for Arm Fixed Virtual Platforms (FVPs), that can be accessed and controlled using the same AVH APIs.
The AVH FVPs simulate Arm Cortex-M CPUs and Subsystems. The device names have "fvp" at the end, and also have own FVP category tab. Following FVP variants are available in AVH:
- Corstone-300
- Corstone-310
- Cortex-M0
- Cortex-M0+
- Cortex-M3
- Cortex-M4
- Cortex-M7
- Cortex-M23
- Cortex-M33
- Cortex-M55
- Cortex-M85
This chapter guides through usage specific to the FVP targets.
- Getting started:
- Quickstart for Arm FVPs provides a simple step-by-step guide on setting up an instance with an Arm FVP target.
